Choral Society of Greensboro

Founded in 1983, the Choral Society of Greensboro boasts more than 180 singers and is one of the best choirs in North Carolina. It is open to anyone in the community. The group takes to the stage with both traditional and modern songs. Over the years, the members have enjoyed singing in England, Scotland, and Northern Italy. North Carolina Master Chorale

The North Carolina Master Chorale started performing in 1942. It now features both a symphonic chorus and a smaller chamber choir. Many of the members are conductors, professional singers, and music teachers. They perform a range of musical styles dating from the Renaissance through today. Charlotte Master Chorale

When a group of singers decided to form a choir in North Carolina, the Charlotte Master Chorale was born. Today, the choir is the resident chorus of the Charlotte Symphony. Its mission is to uplift and inspire audiences through extraordinary performances of diverse music. Artistic Director Kenney Potter has been a featured soloist at Carnegie Hall.
